Transcribe Client Notes
Use your voice or existing audio files to transcribe notes from therapy sessions, meetings, and other audio recordings.
Voice-to-Text
Our note taking editor allows you to use your voice to transcribe notes using our state of art AI models. You do not need to dictate punctuation, just speak naturally.
To transcribe a note, click on Client Data
first to enter your client's 'Everbility file'.
Click Transcribe new note
.
Transcription will begin automatically (as shown below). You can stop the transcription by clicking on the Stop
button and begin the transcription again by clicking on the microphone button.
The transcription will be happening as you speak. Everbility transcribes the audio it has recorded so far as it detects a pause in your speech or every 30 seconds, whichever is earlier.
Everbility will finish recording your voice and will transcribe when you click stop. No voice recordings are stored on our servers.
There is a limit of 240 minutes (4 hours) for a single voice-to-text session. This is reset every time you start a voice-to-text session.
Transcribe Audio Files
With Everbility, you can upload existing audio files to transcribe them.
To do this, head back to you dashboard. In your dashboard, click on Clients
in the left sidemenu and then click on Client Data
.
Click on Upload Data
.
Select Audio Recording
.
You will then be asked to choose the audio file from your computer.
Currently there is a limit of 10MB per audio file.
