Save important web pages and reference them in your prompts.

Using Knowledge Base References in Writer

To reference an item from your Knowledge Base while writing:

1. Place your cursor where you want to insert the reference
2. Type the @ symbol
3. Select from the list that appears showing your saved items
4. Convert to prompt and Everbility will use your instructions and the referenced web page to generate the answer.

• For best results, use direct links to specific pages that contain the information you want to provide Everbility.

Managing Knowledge Base

To access the Knowledge Base, click on Knowledge Base in the side menu.

Adding a URL

To add a URL to your Knowledge Base:

1. Click on the Add URL button at the top right
2. Enter the URL you want to save
3. Click Add to Knowledge Base

Everbility will process the URL, read and understand the content, and make it available for referencing in your prompts when creating templates or documents.

Common Actions

Your Knowledge Base table shows all your saved URLs with actions you can perform.

You can:

• Copy a URL by clicking the copy icon
• Open a URL in a new tab by clicking the external link icon
• Refresh a URL's content by clicking the refresh icon
• Delete a URL by clicking the trash icon
