How can I use Everbility to create patient handouts?

How to create individualised patient handouts or general fact sheets using Everbility

In this tutorial, we are going to look at how to create patient handouts for a variety of reasons.

Navigate to Assistant under Tools

On the left side menu, click on Assistant under Tools.

Choose Client or 'Uncategorised Client'

Before making your request for a patient handout, you can choose whether you would like the handout to be individualised for a client or a general handout.

For an individualised handout: Select the client and the notes you would like Everbility to draw from in the creation of the handout.

For a general handout/ fact sheet: Select the client “Uncategorised,” which will produce a handout not linked to any specific client.

Make Your Request

In Assistant, you can either:

• Type your request into the text box
• Use the microphone button to dictate your request, and Everbility will transcribe it for you

Generate the Handout

Once you’ve entered your request, press Enter (or click the speech bubble button), and Everbility will generate your requested patient handout.

Find Research

After generating the handout, you can click the ‘Find Research’ button below the text to find related research articles on the topic.

Export the Handout

Once you’re satisfied with the handout, click on the export button and select ‘docx’ to download it in this format.
