Review Your Prompts Carefully

  • Avoid Specific Examples in Your Prompts

For example, if you have given Everbility examples of specific recommendations, Everbility may use this information in the generated information.

Instead of:

If you want Everbility to generate a response in a particular format, avoid including specific examples in your instructions.

  • Provide Options for Unknown or Unavailable Information

If you ask Everbility to select from a set of concrete details, but those details are not present in the selected notes, Everbilitymay choose an option incorrectly.

To prevent this, include placeholders such as: Unknown/ Not documented/ Not available/ Not recorded/ N/A

Reviewing Your Notes Carefully

Once you add a note to Everbility:

  • double check to make sure all the information is correct.
  • look for inconsistencies or unexpected details. If any generated information seems incorrect, compare it with the original documentation.

What to Do if You Suspect AI Hallucination

If you believe Everbility has generated incorrect information:

  • Do Not Use the Incorrect Information
  • Manually edit or remove any inaccuracies before finalising the note.
  • Contact Everbility Support
