Conversation History

With Everbility you can continue your conversation with the assistant from exactly where you left off.

Continue your conversation with Assistant

To continue a conversation with Assistant for a particular client, go to Dashboard, then Clients, click on the Client Data for the client you want to continue the conversation for, then click the Assistant tab below the client's name. You will see a list of all conversations for that client that were previously saved.

You can click on Continue Conversation to resume a conversation.

Uncategorised conversations

Any conversations that are not associated with any client can be found under Uncategorised from Clients.
